MRVL Oct 2026 · Sell
Marvell Technology Inc. (MRVL) trades at $264.21 as of September 30, 2026, representing an unsustainable 112.54% premium to our fundamental Fair value midpoint of $124.31 (implied return of -52.95%). The Investment Committee issues a Sell rating. While Marvell benefits from substantial secular tailwinds across AI data center networking and hyperscale custom compute accelerators, the market forward P/E multiple of 62.11x far exceeds peer Broadcom at 18.12x and the peer median of 21.88x, leaving investors exposed to severe multiple derating and packaging margin dilution.Latest published research · analyzed 2026-10-02 · current · sources aging
