NUE Oct 2026 · Sell
We assign Nucor Corporation (NYSE: NUE) a Sell rating with a composite fair value estimate of $153.81 per share, representing 34.82% downside from the October 1, 2026 share price of $235.98. While Nucor maintains a Narrow economic moat grounded in flexible electric arc furnace (EAF) operations and captive metallics, market pricing implies an aggressive, frictionless earnings recovery that underestimates persistent capital expenditure intensity and non-residential construction cyclicality.Latest published research · analyzed 2026-10-02 · current · sources aging
