PDD May 2026 · Strong Buy
PDD Holdings operates an exceptionally efficient, highly profitable asset-light e-commerce platform. Domestically, it leverages social commerce, while internationally, its Temu platform is driving hyper-growth. Despite outstanding fundamentals (56% gross margin, massive FCF generation, high ROIC), the stock trades at distressed multiples (<7x forward PE) due to the market pricing in significant geopolitical and regulatory risks. The thesis hinges on whether PDD's structural cost and supply chain advantages can outrun international tariff and regulatory headwinds.Latest published research · analyzed 2026-05-20 · historical · sources unverified
