COP Sep 2026 · Hold
We maintain a Hold rating on ConocoPhillips with a composite fair value estimate of USD 125.61 against a share price of USD 127.30 as of September 25, 2026, representing a modest premium of 1.3%. ConocoPhillips combines premier asset scale across the Lower 48, disciplined capital allocation returning 45% of operating cash flow, and an approaching free cash flow inflection toward $7B by 2029 as major capital projects mature. However, with the valuation fairly reflecting through-cycle earnings power at 12.74x forward P/E amidst consensus FY2027 revenue contraction of 7.56%, risk-reward remains balanced.Latest published research · analyzed 2026-09-26 · current · sources stale
