Sanofi is a mature, dividend-paying global pharmaceutical company currently trading at a steep discount to major peers (8.4x forward P/E vs peer median 14.0x). Generating robust free cash flows ($7.2B in the latest year), it supports a strong 5.55% dividend yield. While historical revenue growth is moderate, near-term estimates suggest stable low-to-mid single-digit expansion.
