TFX Oct 2026 · Hold
Teleflex Incorporated (NYSE: TFX) is executing a transformative corporate restructuring, divesting its OEM, Acute Care, and Interventional Urology businesses to emerge as a focused, higher-margin medtech leader in Vascular, Interventional, and Surgical therapies. We maintain a Hold rating with a mid-case fair value of $122.83, as the current share price of $130.43 reflects a 6.2% premium (-5.8% implied return) that fairly prices near-term balance-sheet deleveraging while under-compensating for integration delays in the acquired Biotronik business and stranded cost elimination risks.Latest published research · analyzed 2026-10-16 · current · sources aging
