YUM Oct 2026 · Hold
We affirm a Hold rating on Yum! Brands Inc. with an intrinsic Fair value of USD 133.09 per share, compared to a market price of USD 136.12 as of October 2, 2026. This implies a return of -2.23%, representing a 2.28% market price premium over intrinsic value. Yum! Brands commands a wide economic moat supported by massive international scale across KFC Global and an expanding digital platform at Taco Bell, producing resilient consolidated operating margins of 31.34%. However, current market pricing leaves insufficient margin of safety given a substantial debt burden of $11,910M with intermediate-term maturities facing elevated interest rates, elevated digital reinvestment capital expenditures, and consensus FY2027 top-line contraction of -1.09%.Latest published research · analyzed 2026-10-03 · current · sources aging
