Public log of factual corrections made to published reports. Each entry records the section affected, the original error, the resolution, and whether the correction was material (changed a rating, fair-value range, or load-bearing claim) or non-material (typo, link, formatting).

The accountable function is Editorial publisher; confirmed corrections are logged in the same release that makes the confirmed correction public. Requests can be filed through the support center. We do not publish an unevidenced response-time promise.
