§1Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using StockMarketAgent.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
§2Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. The Service is intended for users in jurisdictions where its use is lawful; you are responsible for compliance with local law.
§3Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
§4Subscriptions, trials & billing
- Paid plans renew automatically at the rate then in effect until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Free trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before they end.
- Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
§5No financial advice
All content on the Service — including monthly reports, ratings, fair-value bands, scorecards, watchlists, alerts, and any commentary — is published for general information and educational purposes. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a recommendation that any security, transaction, or investment strategy is suitable for any specific person.
Our analysis is generated by an automated methodology and may contain errors, omissions, stale data, or assumptions that prove incorrect. Ratings can change without notice. We are not registered as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner in any jurisdiction.
§6Your responsibility — do your own due diligence

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockMarketAgent.ai, its operators, employees, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, lost opportunities, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or any reliance you place on its content. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
§11Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or demand — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
§12Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including §5, §6, §9, §10, §11, §13) will survive.
§13Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of London, England shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers in the EU may bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.
§14Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email and via a banner on the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
