StockMarketAgent.AI is an AI-powered stock analysis platform that provides financial data aggregation, AI-generated research reports, valuation models, and related educational tools. The Service is intended for informational and educational purposes only. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and current information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Billing is handled through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. Prohibited activities include reverse engineering, data scraping, redistribution of content, and attempting to circumvent any security features.

All content, algorithms, UI designs, and proprietary code within the Service remain the exclusive property of StockMarketAgent.AI. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

In no event shall StockMarketAgent.AI or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data in accordance with institutional security standards and applicable data protection regulations.

Users accessing the Service via API must comply with rate limits and authentication protocols. API keys are non-transferable. Abuse of API endpoints will result in immediate suspension of access keys.

The Service may include data from third-party exchanges and providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such third-party data.

We may revise these terms of service at any time. Material changes will be communicated with 30 days' notice. By continuing to use the Service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms.
