Each issue opens with the dominant downside risk, presents fair value as a range with a confidence number, and carries a regime scorecard, breadth diagnostics, sector rotation, valuation dispersion across the index, and a probability-weighted scenario set. The bull case appears only after the risks have been argued for on their own terms.
