Common questions about plans and billing
- Yes. Cancel from the billing settings page in two clicks. Your subscription stays active through the end of the current paid period and you keep full access until then. We never auto-renew silently after cancellation.
- If you cancel within 14 days of a fresh subscription and have not exported a paid PDF or DOCX, write to support and we will issue a full refund. Beyond that window, cancellation stops the next charge but past months are not refunded.
- Professional includes 15 on-demand regenerations per month. A regeneration runs the full research pipeline against the latest financials and produces a fresh report on a ticker of your choice, on top of the monthly published research. Unused credits do not roll over.
- Open billing settings, pick the higher tier, and confirm. Stripe prorates the charge for the remainder of the current period, so you only pay the difference. New tier features unlock immediately.
- Switch to the lower tier from billing settings. The change takes effect at the end of the current paid period so you keep what you already paid for. We do not prorate downgrades back to your card.
- Professional includes a team workspace with shared watchlists and shared reports. For larger seats, custom API quotas, single sign-on, or invoiced billing, write to support and we will scope an enterprise agreement.
